    Streaming Astros games

I'm a little behind technology on this.

Now that we can't see local Astros games the wife want a way to see them. Dish want $165 / year to see all the games. Is there a better way to stream on PC and view on TV?

I'm in a hotel and streaming it in hd from vipbox with no issues. Install adblock first.

I have a way. The last two years I've been doing this with success. Get 3-4 guys together and split the MLB package for the season, I think it's like $120 for every single baseball game played all season-you all have to sign in to the one account though. But here's the kicker, all the local teams are blacked out which includes the Astros and Rangers.

In order to watch the Astros you have to have a smart tv, Apple TV, roku, or something similar. Here's the important part, so listen carefully. You have to go to a website called Unlocator.com, follow the steps for the smart device you have and it's very simple. Basically Unlocator hides the location of your smart device by changing the DNS #- don't ask me what that means, but it works great and won't screw up your internet. I think I pay $4 a month for this service and it worked great all last season and is working great so far this season. It sucks to have to go to this extent watch the Astros, but I refuse to pay $80 a month for cable to just watch some baseball.

I go to redit.com and can find the stream pretty regularly. I have dish as well but have a pretty good price compared to direct tv or Comcast and can't justify switching for just the games.
