Well check this out!
I buy me one, IOS.
Install the app on my iPad mini 2. I have 4 microSD cards.
512mb, 1gb, 2 gb and 8gb.
Two read two need formatted to FAT32. I use my laptop to format all 4.
On my 8gb card i see a folder labeled backup.... I'm like WHAT! just formatted card. I use the app to delete the file, it goes away. Or so I thought. Every time I plug my 8gb card in it updates the backup file, I can see where the timestamp on the file has changed.. Mildly annoying, but annoying none the less.
I look at the settings for my IPad and in the App. Don't see anything about ad card backup.
So I email Bone view Customer. Steve replies, rather quickly I think. I emailed him at night, next am had a reply. Sweet Right!!!
Anyways we exchange 4 emails over 2 days. The delay was all me!
Anyways I explain to him I fairly certain it's a software issue not a hardware issue. He replied that he sorry it won't work for me. Would I like him to process a return for refund.
I was like huh!! The reader works like it supposed too.. WHY would you refund me...
I replied again that it works but the Backup file is MY issue. It's an annoyance to me. Ain't supposed to be there, don't want it there no idea how to make it stay gone!
Again MY issue!
Anyways I replied similar to Steve at Boneview.
I just thought it was great Customer Service! Glad I bought it.
Now to get some pictures of Deer, pigs and turkey from the lease to view with it.
I did a test of sorts. Set my TC on my coffee table facing the back door. Got some pics of my smoking hint wife and a couple of a rather fat and bald old man, oh wait that'd be me [emoji20]
