Badlands Warranty - Ever used it?

I have a Badlands Diablo pack that I really like. Their warranty is more or less "no questions asked...we'll fix it". I have a zipper that is not closing when you zip it. I plan on returning it to them for them to address.

My questions is: has anyone ever sent something back to them and if so, how long was the turn around? I need this thing in a couple of weeks and am scared to send it back right now. Perhaps I wait until the end of the season.

Call them and ask them the turn around time. I have the monster fanny pack (still fairly new) and was wondering how there customer service is. Keep us updated!

I think I would wait if you definite;y need it in a coupe of weeks. Transit time alone will 2-3 days each way.

Had a friend send his backpack with the same problem with the zipper.. Had it back in about 14 days no questions asked from badlands.. They make an awesome pack.

They'll fix it and quick but I don't know about that quick. I'd call first if you need it back before the hunt.

I had four zipper pulls break and they sent them to me in the mail the same week.

Can't help you with the turn around time if you have to send it in. Sorry.
