I live in Useless. That's right next to Badford and Wurst, sometimes known as Euless, Bedford and Hurst. All 3 cities are landlocked and Badford and Wurst PD needs to write lots and lots of traffic citations to pay the Mayor. Useless is better since they collect millions in sales tax from DFW Airport since much of the airport is within the city limits. Euless has Texas Star gold course and Bear Creek golf course by the airport. Taxes aren't too bad but I have a homestead exemption due to my age. HEB school district is one of the best. Harris Hospital is centrally located. For the next 2 years the Hwy 183 fustercluck will be under construction from Euless eastward to Dallas.
It's got it's good and bad but if you live and work in Bedford it won't be a hassle.
All 3 cities are pretty much built out so there will not be that much more growth
here. The worst we can expect is more yankees moving in.
Grapevine and Colleyville are on the north with good schools and Baylor hospital but taxes are on up there.
