has anyone ever painted, hydro dipped, or powder coated their bow before?? yes I am aware that, that will void the warrenty, but in my case I bought my bow off of CL so my warrenty is already gone. so, I am looking to do something different. I want to personalize my bow to my tastes, I have a few ideas already. of course I want to do something that sets it apart from everyone else. so I am curious if you did it yourself or paid someone to do it for you? was it fairly affordable to have say a custom shop do it? are you happy with it? would you do it again? of course whatever I decide to do it WILL NOT be shiney, it will be a flat color. I have also read about ppl just putting a very light spray of paint on their arrows just to take the sheen off, not sure if I would go that far. but stab, rest, sight, quiver would get the same treatment. just curious. thanks
