After initially adding lime to get ph right how often do you need to recheck ph? How long does the soil remain at the desired ph?

My lime guy in leon county says 3 yrs for food plot.

It really depends on the soil type. Sandy soils can turn very quickly and heavy clay takes much longer.

Yup. Depends on soil type. Take soil samples every couple years.
