I guess today was the first time I've seen Giles pitch, that breaking ball is legit with the heat to go with it.

The reaction of pretty much every hitter tells you how hard that pitch must be to deal with.

Ever heard of a couple of guys named Chi Chi and Nick Martinez?

I'm not sure either of us said put him in the hof but he does have the potential to be a really good pitcher. Have you even watched him? Or are you just Mr. Wise@$$?

The kid looks good...no doubt. I was merely stating it's aweful early to be putting a lot of stock in a player with such a small body of work. Btw, I've watched BOTH games he pitched in...carry on.

No biggie man...and I agree he looks really good right now. The HOF comment was an obvious joke. Again, I was merely stating it's a little early to know how bright a future he holds.

And as proof...I was dead SERIOUS about the Chi Chi Rodriguez and Nick Martinez reference. Both of those guys came out of the blocks early with tons of promise. Only to have reality sink in and turn into SUCKAGE!

No biggie from my end. He has promise and when I see that I get excited. Nothing is guaranteed in baseball for sure.
