          I do it myself - I live near the Guadalupe, so over the years, I've learned a lot about the river in her upper reaches.

          Thank you TGridley - it's a hobby that forces me to slow down and roam with detail.

            I'd be on the south llano river with my fly rod. Put the kayak in about 10 miles north of the state park and take out at the park low water crossing, camp there over night, and then get up and float the same section again the next day. Beautiful river and loads of fish.
