I lined up with several thousand other runners early this morning to compete in my 10th Houston Marathon. Low 50 degree temps and a light mist kept us relatively cool for the first half of the race. Overall, I got through the first 22 miles very comfortably but the remaining 4.2miles were a challenge and it became a mental game. I finished the 26.2 mile course in 3 hours and 56 minutes. Now that that's over...I can focus on my upcoming hunting trip out to Uvalde this weekend! Stay tuned...
