I can understand wanting to look at them right away. .
here is the scenario , i get to the ranch in the afternoon and want to see if and at what time the pigs are coming in to the feeder... now with the gameview, i get the card and get in the blind .. i can check out the times the pigs have showed up in hte last couple of days or if they didn't show up at all ... gives me a better idea how long to stay in the stand ...or just go get my drink on!
LOL
well carrying a laptop in the mule , bouncing around , getting dusty ... is key , i'm already hauling gun, binocs etc to the stand , the boneview is on the way .. i'll give it a shot .. what's the name of the software you download from the itunes store ?
Take the $100 and buy some extra SD cards to swap out and view the other ones when you get home
This, you can by 8 gig SD cards from Wally World for less than $7.00 a piece. Easy to swap out and you can take them home and view and delete them at your leisure an see the critters better than most of those viewers. I am half blind so a 18" to 22" monitor at home sure works!
I have a small laptop that is dedicated to trail cam pics. I paid less than $300 for it new from Best Buy a few years ago. I just did a quick search on Amazon and the cheapest laptop I saw there was $139 used.
I will say though I was not careful enough with it, and ended up with a cracked screen. Was able to get it replaced at a local computer repair shop.
I like to save the pics of my decent bucks so I can compare from year to year.
ONly problem I see with either the Moultrie or Boneview is reading Cuddeback cards. My Canon pocket camera reads the Bushnell, Primos, and SpyPoint cards just fine, but not the Cuddebacks.
