Property Ideas ??

I'm looking to buy some land in East Texas to build a house on and found a tract that is high fenced (approx. 100 acres). What would you use the 100 acres for? Any business ideas? Recreation? Timber? Just curious as to what options are out there ya'll would consider doing with it ?

10 cows, a dozen axis and a dozen whitetails. It's probably thick enough that they could hide very well, you'd have something to keep the ag exemption and also to hunt and it wouldn't be overpopulated and a petting zoo. That would be a pretty cool set up considering it's already fenced for you.
