    Question on Golf Cart Lifts

So quick question for you guys that lift carts regularly or build, maybe Mark will tune in... So club car lift kit combos, what's the best to go with? What brand? 3" or 6"? Easiest and durable to install? Pros and cons? Tires and rims? Where to purchase from? Any advice on dos or dont's? Any advice welcome, this is for a club car precedent, also looking to do rear flip seat if anyone has advice on which to go with and where to order from. Thanks

Get a good A arm lift for the club car.

I got an all sport on mine and it's Okay but I replaced the front leaf with a costume one I made. The one with the kit didn't take much abuse. I would go with a 6"for sure which ever one you get.

I can't speak for Club Car, but I doubt there s alot of difference...anyways I did a 2012 Yamaha with Jakes 6" spindle lift and tractor tread type tires. I like the lift and it performs fine, yes in a very off camber situation a tire comes off the ground. I have never felt like I was going over or going to roll it, just use common sense. I have not had any performance issues other than that. Lift install was super easy. I went with the black rims, they are cheap and they look it. Performs fine though
My elderly father and my wife have trouble getting on the cart due to the height. My next one will be a 3" lift.
Tractor tires....I hate them. On dry/hard dirt they vibrate to much caused by the how far apart the tread is. I would go with the little nobby stock ATV style on my next cart.

I rebuilt a club car DS last year. I did quite a bit of reading/research on the lifts. I ended up with a Jake's 6" Double A Arm lift. Of course, I also went with wheels and tires. I'm running a 23" Carlisle tire. Factory tires are 18". So, I gained 2.5" in height/clearancestors from the tires alone, and of course the 6" from the lift, for a total of 8.5". I'm very pleased w/ how it came out. It really is a beast of a golf cart w/ the motor and controller upgrades I did as well. I did a good amount of reading on the "Buggies gone wild" forum. Lots of good information there.

I am rebuilding a Bad Boy Buggie right now, I think it has about a 3 or 4 inch lift on it, we have it stripped down to the frame, took the body to be hydro dipped, going with a black and white zebra pattern, going to put 23 inch wheels and tires on it, having all the metal parts and the top of the roof rhino lined in black, going with black and white custom seats, I think it will be really nice, that is if we can figure out how to put it all back together.

Anyone ever use an RHOX lift?

Main three I'm finding is Jakes, all sport and RHOX. The RHOX looks heavy duty but don't have experience with any of them

I put a 6" RHOX spindle on my Club car DS last year. Very heavy duty. Easy to install as well. We just use the cart to cruise the hood. It would beat you to death at the lease on rough terrain.

                              Question on Golf Cart Lifts

Keep this going. I think I am in the market for club car stock 48 volt that I can build with my son. I am after heavy duty to use around my property to pull trailers and work a little. I do want to Cruz he hood with it as well.

My question is what lift for 10 year old boy. He will go from our house to his friends down the street. I want to have a little lift but worried about him rolling it on its side.
