    Need a phone case...recommendations?

I just got a Turbo 2 and looking for a good durable case for it. I had an OtterBox before and have looked at the LifeProof cases but not sold on the reviews for them on the Turbo 2. What do y'all have on your phones these days? Just looking for other options.

LifeProof and nothing else. Great cases and even better customer service.

Magpul, $10 to $15 bucks on Amazon and super highly rated. It doesn't float or make it waterproof, but it works very well.

Otterbox defender series is the way to go!! I left my phone on bumper and closed hatch on it and no damage to phone with only a couple dings on otterbox......did that twice!! They are a little pricey and bulky but work when you need em to

Agree 100%! I left mine on the hood of my truck and drove off with it tumbling down the road, only damage was a scuff on the outer case.

I've had 2 Otterbox Defenders and always liked them until the rubber started getting loose. I ordered a Lifeproof for myself and my teenage daughter during Cyber Monday and I love it. Slim and smooth and goes in and out of my pockets a whole lot easier that the Otterbos ever did. Plus we are into March now and the phone I got my daughter at Christmas is still like new and has been dropped more than I care to know.

The only phone case worth the money is a life proof case! I have had 3 iPhones over the last 10 years and all of them were immediately put into a LP case! Got 100% sale trade in when upgraded due the excellent condition of the phones.....

another vote for the OB defender.. saved my phone a dozen times - be it dropping it, getting it wet, or driving over it with the ranger

I use the Bump. Dropped it on plenty of occasions, drop kicked it down the road several times and have generally abused it. For $15 I don't see how any case beats it except for waterproofing. I have had Otterbox and LifeProof. They were all great cases. None protected any better from drops than my Magpul.

If a person demands waterproofing then the Magpul isn't for him. If you want a good but inexpensive and thin case to protect your phone from fumblitis, then the Magpul Bump might be just the ticket.

Same here, I can't count how many times I've dropped mine and no problems.

I prefer not to have the extra layer over the screen or I'd say lifeproof as well. I went with the UAG after watching some good testing videos and it has been great.
