We put my Ranch King 5x6 on an 8 foot stand up this weekend. We had six guys and all I can say is it was **** difficult. There is not a good place to get a good tie off to on the blind. The eves over the Windows and doors prevent you from being able to use them to try to tie off from. We tried from the center pivot underneath but basically ended up dragging it. Eventually we put a ratchet strap around the top and pulled it up that way. There a brace on the inside, which helps limit the damage, but it did end up buckling the side wall some. There's now way two guys would be able to move it around. To give you some perspective one of our guys was 6'9" and build like a fullback and while he was a big help, it was still a challenge. If I had to do it again, I'd gladly pay someone to move it. Also, do yourself a favor and find a good close up picture of all the diagonal brackets. The directions that come with them are worthless and you'll save a good hour or two having a decent reference. They are awesome blinds and I know I'll enjoy it but when you pay over $3k for a blind you come to expect a little better information on the assembly. Let me know if I can answer any questions.

Weve done it with a winch and side by side easily. Guy on other side with rooe for resistance just incase to keep it going too far..just go slow.
We've also done them by hand and roles with fee guys wasn't very hard and probably faster than the winch route anyway just took a little more muscle

Pulled um up with trucks.tractors.winch ect..last short one I used a genie duct lift I borrowed from work and that has been the easiest. May wanna check into renting one, safest way imo

x2 on the tractor or duck lifts. BY FAR the easiest without damaging the blind.

What did you hook the winch up to on the blind?

Ran a tow strap around it and then the winch to the strap

Yeah that's what we did- up at the very top of the blind... Any lower and you'll bend the aluminum which we learned when the strap must have pulled down on the one corner. To the OP, if you do this make sure the strap is tight and doesn't slide down at all. You'll bend the sides if you do this anywhere but the top.
