Thinking of taking a program @ TCU......

I am thinking of take thier Ranch Managment Program. It sounds like a pretty neat course, and is right up my alley.

I know some ranchers that have done the TCU RM program and they have all suggested it. Great School

I'd recommend the program at Tarleton State University over the TCU program.

            Call me biass.....

Great program but it's somewhat hard to get into from what I hear - they don't accept a large number of students. Good luck!

Tarelton is a long drive from work in Fort Worth, or I would go to Tarelton.

I am a 1991 graduate of the day (9 month) program. After that I recieved a B.S. in animal science at texas tech. The program at TCU was the most demanding and rewarding educational experience I ever had. There is not a day that goes by that I dont use the education I recieved there (even in my current profession as an insurance agent). I know that there has been a lot of changes with the program since 1991, but am sure that the role of the program is still to produce business men, not just cowboys. I can not express the pride I have in have completed the program. Hope this helps. P.S. I also attended TSU for 3 semesters before going to Tech. TSU is an excellent school, but unless there has been majors changes it does not compare to the program at TCU.
