These people are relentless! We bought my daughter a new car October, 2015. It had a free trial.

The e mails and phone calls are non stop. That's even after I have spoken to a human being and asked that I be removed from the email contacts. Geeezzzz Louise.

It took me 9 months or so after I cancelled my subscription with them to get them to quit calling. I am just waiting for them to start back up calling. They definitely don't give up that's for sure.

Weird, I don't get any calls. I get an offer letter a few months after the subscription expires with an offer for 6 months for $whatever. Tends to be good enough I take the offer.

Generally they lower the cost after a while.

Yep, same thing here. I made the mistake of answering one time after they kept calling non-stop. I politely listened, told them I wasn't signing up, don't listen to their service, ect. I haven't heard from them since then but figure as it gets closer to the end of the free trial I am sure it will start up again.

Tell them your radio is messed up and can't get a signal and that you don't want to pay for something that doesn't work. They will not attempt to resolve your issue and will never call you again. At least that's what happened to me.

I dont think anyone is as bad as those people. Those people really pushed my buttons. Sirius wasnt bad,called three times and finally they gave me a great deal so kept it
