8' is more than enough....sometimes too much. 4' Is not very comfortable for long legged people or having to move around behind chairs.

I have been thinking about doing a bow blind on a 4x6 trailer. Shooting windows on the 4ft walls.

I built a 5x7 last year for my trailer, built it in pieces and put it together at the lease. I'll find some pics and post.

I've built a couple. Word of advise. Set it on cinder blocks and take the tires/wheels home with you. I out brand new tires on mine and rats chewed them to pieces in 1 season.

I have i used bull dog trailer stands on all 4 corners and crank all sides to level/raise trailer. I hardley use it anymore since my son only bowhunts now. Just brought it back from lease to replace all wood. Ive had it all over texas and can pull it 85 miles an hour with no problem. Great trailer blind.

              Agreed. I have a 4x6 and wish it was 5x6 or 6x6.

I've done a 6x10 and named it the "dog house"
