The flood water traveling down Sabine River has caught up with me and has taking over my house. Completely unexpected, I built this house on a huge hill. For several days I and several friends have been moving things out of people's homes in the flood zones and even making a few rescues(nothing serious) and had no worries about my home and over night a surge came through and completely flooded me out. We went through today getting everything we could possibly save, no grant it we had everything picked up but it wasn't enough. All the baby stuff and family stuff was already in the attic but had to load up furniture, hopefully its salvageable. Very thankful for the friends that were able to help also. I sure hope camo can be washed and salvaged (my whole shelf of it had been pushed into the water). This is nothing we can't overcome, I built this home and I can build it again. Just could use some prayers for all the stress me and my wife have and that all goes great.
