River conditions at new braunfels?

We were invited camping up there on the Guadalupe, does anyone have current river conditions? Is the trip even worth it? I know the weather is suppose to be great this weekend but I'd don't want to just look at the river, we wanted to fish and maybe swim/tube. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I believe you can look up the flow rates out of Canyon Lake to get an idea. We were there one year during a flood and we ended up just going to the Comal.

It's up a little and muddy, but you will be fine. By this weekend it will still be murkey, but it's not risen that much with all the rain. Throw a crawfish plastic under the trees for bass.

I went across in Gruene several times today. It looked to be up a tad, but clarity was still good. It will be a great weekend to be on the river.
