My wife ordered me a tan 65 for Christmas. I think she ordered the day after thanksgiving, and the original shipping date was April 13 I think. She checked the other day and it is supposed to ship on April 22 I think. I just hope I get it before mid May

I bought 2 rtic coolers for the price of 1 Yeti. I have other coolers so its not like I'm doing without and have to have one today. They are the same cooler!

Somehow I just did not view having to wait a few months to save hundreds of dollars on items I was not in dire need of "dealing with all of this."

A few years ago I was fortunate enough to buy a large Yeti on an "industry pricing" deal and had to wait quite a while for them to fill my order but I saved quite a bit. It was worth the wait.

I have ordered trucks before to get exactly what I wanted, waited months and still paid the same as buying one off the lot the day I ordered mine.

I just do not see this as some gigantic deal. Either you want to save the money and are willing to wait (which you absolutely knew going in) or you don't. I don't get the butt-hurt folks on either side.

$200 savings @ 7 months wait = $28.57 a month savings... That if God forbid needs warranty work will be a wash of savings. I'm all about saving, but more about service and convince. I'm happy with my brute and my yetis... Even for what I payed for them. And when I had brute warranty, I emailed on a Sunday afternoon and had a new cooler on my porch Monday. Bet I can get a yeti warranties in under 3 days as well. I will pay for service. Yeti will be here next year. For all the rtic group, I hope they are as well...
