If you were due to have a cooler shipped today, you might what to check your status on their website. My order has been pushed back another 20 days. That's the second time it has been pushed back. Customer service stated they only received half of their shipment and are waiting on the other.

It's been the same thing since the pre orders last July. Happy with mine once it arrived, but it took 7 months and forgot how many updated shipping dates. -

That's how I found mine. Each time when I got close to the 2 week window when they were supposed to send shipping info, I'd go the website to check order status and get the backorder date. They never actually update youComment

Looks like they're made of the same material, but made them easier to open with the wrap around zipper. Hoppers are great, but they're a pain in the azz to get ice into by yourself.Comment

Zipper doesn't look like the same quality otherwise I would. For my hopper I just put it between my feet and squeeze the ends and the opening is easy to pour intoComment
