I've not been kind to blank baling in posts where the subject was target panic due to how many archer/bowhunters I've heard say they shot great groups . . . until it was time to put a spot back on the target face. Also, many just didn't have sufficient patience to see it through.
Now it's time to update blank baling . . . to Advanced Blank Baling - this page explains the technique in detail, and it doesn't ask you to spend weeks or months shooting at a blank bale.
The pics below show all you will need other than a bale, and later targets, to shoot at.
This methodology can work for anyone, and you don't need me or anyone else to help you with it. It's a simple, more efficient, quicker method using vertical tension to re-introduce the concept to your subconscious mind that it's ok to place your pin on the spot (or your arrow point on an aiming spot for trad shooters).
