Turkey

I dont brag often but I smoked a turkey on Saturday, while I was digging in poo and was called away to assist Ennis on a structure fire, and it was probably one of the best i've ever made or eaten!!! Tonight I added a touch of apple juice (stolen from one of you guys), while it was reheating in the oven, to the turkey I smoked on saturday and it was dang near perfect!!!
I have a freezer bag full of leftovers that is gonna make some dang good turkey tacos!!!

I do two at a time on the egg. Wrap with tin foil and serve 30 minutes later. 75 minutes on the pit...
