Man our quail are doing good. Just had a hen cross the road with little 1" chicks following her. Might be on 2nd or 3rd hatch this year.

I have just acquired a small lease off 44 between encinal and freer. Does anyone hunt around that area?
Is there anyone local that can go feed y'all would recommend.

Was sighting in the new scope on my rifle and this bobcat comes out 129 yards past the 100 yrd targets. I didn't even have it zeroed in yet but took the shot anyway and nailed it.

I hunt off 44 also. Susie's son (Freer Feed Store) puts out feed for several ranches. You may want to talk to them.
