Muck Boots customer service is awesome

I have a pair of the Woody Max Muck boots and the bottom sole is coming off. These things are 2 years old and I use them everyday in the horse barns and all over the place. They get worked hard big time....

I called Muck boots not to get a replacement but more or less to let them know that this occurred. The rep was so nice and said even though they are out of the 1 year warranty period we will replace them. Sent them yesterday.

They could not have been more responsive. I was kind of shocked really.

This is what I think about Muck. Too bad. Good boots but they are supporting the wrong people. I hope their position has changed.
