How to cut a "hardened" Master lock?

I had a key break off in a heavy duty Master lock on one of our storage containers at work. Any ideas for getting it off? Will good quality bolt cutters work, or am I looking at saws and torches?

Grinder with a cutoff blade will get it

Grinder or a torch! It would take some serious bolt cutter to get through that lock. Good luck!

            I vote for a 12 gauge.

Sledgehammer and one or two good whacks. I lost the key to the lock on my boat trailer and I broke it with a regular claw hammer.

Depends on what Master lock you have, some look tough but don't have a hardened shackle. Is the key broke off flush with the key cylinder? Have another key for said lock?

Big hammer and a crowbar. Wedge in push down and a few good licks and it will break the little pin that goes in the notch of the hook part that's the weak link of locks.

This is what the lock looks like.

Thanks for the suggestions. I was really hoping that bolt cutters would work...

I don't think that will work with a "good" lock but neat trick if I need to break a cheap one off

I don't think there is a lock or cable out there that will stop this combination.
