Job Change, Family Move, New Lease

Well working where I was working in College Station and not being able to afford a lease I decided to take a new job in Brackettville, Texas. In August I accepted a job with Rio Grande Electric Cooperative as the Risk Manager, a job that I have always wanted in this field.

Moving my entire family was a scare for me, beings that my wife has never had an address other than College Station, but she supported me in my decision and to help my career.

With a that being said the move and job change was a pretty substantial amount of pay raise and now I can afford a lease once again. My boys have been asking and asking about joining another lease. I spoke with Kirk (Mertz09) here on TBH and he had some spots open and I jumped at the opportunity to be able to hunt that property. So far I have met some great guys on the lease and can not wait to meet the other guys.

Driving my truck around the lease I can see where a better ride would be necessary so I went and talked to the wife and we decided to buy a used Polaris. The hunt started and I ended up buying a Used 2011 Polaris Ranger XP 800 EPS Browning LE with Pursuit Camo. I am picking it up this Saturday with a back window installed.

Congrats. We used to own a piece of land off of Tularosa Rd. Really pretty area and I loved Fort Clark. Good luck

Not one single problem, just a battery replacement. It still looks brand new.

I lived in bracket thru '89. My mom worked at rio grande for a while. Still keep in contact with some of my friends from back then. Lots of good memories from there and some good people.
                        Enjoy!
