    Weird dog behavior?

I have a question because my dog is really being a weirdo. My mom has an old golden retriever that has cataracts...not sure if I spelled that right but anyways. My dog will lick his eyes...I'm talking to the point that he's obsessed with doing that. And that old dog let's him do it. It's really grossing me out right now because I'm trying to eat. Is that normal? There's nothing on his eyes as far as I can tell. Has anyone ever seen such a thing? I don't understand why he's infatuated with that.

And before it gets suggested...I'm not humping either dog till they pee. That ain't happening.

Or Cesar Millan the dog whisperer. My dog has some issues he might need to talk about. He's got problems.

Don't ask for suggestions if you aren't truly committed to getting results.

I think they key in on anything that's physically wrong. I know when my bloodhound gets yet another ear infection because the other dog becomes obsessed with trying to lick her ears. Licking cataracts is strange but I've heard of dogs licking people in places they have cancer or a bruise.

Lol That's not even an option at this point. Things are already awkward enough in this kitchen right now. They can take their eye licking fetish elsewhere. It's really, really creeping me out.

That makes sense. Maybe he knows there's something wrong with his eyes. I'm not sure but man....it really is quite gross to see.
