what's so difficult about cutting stuff with a torch, sticking it together with hot metal, and grinding off the bad spots and painting over it to make it look good?

that is sweet, good job Dale.

do you have a pic of the truck itself.. how do you like it as say compared to a ranger or something? can a 6' 5" person use it comfortably? got AC and such I guess.

I plan on posting a pic (w/ TBH sticker) once I get it back from Dale and get the bumper painted black. I can't compare it to a ranger since I've never driven one, but it beats the hell out of my old golf cart, and it was sweet. As for height....no 6'5" will not fit....6' is tops. It does not have AC...but does have a heater. So far, I've painted it camo tan, added extra lights and rolled a herculiner bed liner on to the bed. I've got a few other upgrades that are coming including new front CV boots, a couple of bushings for the front differential supports and new rear shocks.

That's about the size of it! And there are dozens of guys on here who do this for a living, and some as a hobby, who could expose me for the amateur that I am.

Thanks for the compliments, just the same.

Don't even think about 6'5", I'm 6' on the nose and it's snug for me.

I want to learn one day... what I would like to make as well is a bumper that incorporates a nozzle to fill up with a water hose and an air valve to add a little air for pressure.. and then a spout to wash hands or whatever (not drinking) in those spots where there is no water and I need some... A little angle to the "bumper" for gravity flow if the air pressure is low or doesn't work well...

Knowing you like I do I would expect you tried to mail it with a .35 cent stamp.

I'm calling BS on this one!
If Dale would have built it, it would have had at LEAST one beer holder!
