    Customer Service Going Above and Beyond

    I had a GLoomis fishing rod for about 5 years says it has a limited life time warranty, snapped the 6inches from the tip off. Filled out questionaire sent it back to them on Tuesday last week, well today a brand new just like Rod showed up. No questions nothing freight paid everything..I guess you get what you pay for.

              Wow, I have sent several back but it was the 100 dollar no questions asked policy, they will replace if factory defects but i could never convince myself that it was not my fault, anyway that is good to know, maybe they went back to their old warranty.
