I see this ad every year for the past 5-6yrs always says the same thing and i think this guy sure doesn't know how to write a good ad has anyone ever contacted him seems fishy to me but could be legit

Pretty simple math, 1250 for the lease itself like it says, 600 for
Extras. 600+600+650=1850

It's really 1850.00 due to extras. 1st payment $600.00, $400.00 for the lease then $200.00 extras, same with payment two, with the last payment $450.00 to the lease and $200.00 for extras. No info on deer, hogs, exotics, where the lease is at, gun/bow, etc.

Seems like a pretty straight forward dude to me. I'd rather deal with someone like that than most folks I have met in the "leasing" game.
