    Prayers to all involved.

They were talking to The Fish Dude Richard Todd this morning on 610 radio and he was the 2nd on the scene. The 2 pictures on the link are pretty much the same pic but the 2nd one has been reversed to look like the boat was nearly cut in half, don't know why it is reversed but you can see the trolling motor and everything is on opposite side. The 2 boats pretty much went head on and the 2nd boat went right through the drivers console of the 1st boat. Really no external injuries seen only severe head trauma, an emt out fishing jumped on the boat and Richard used his trolling motor to guide the boat up to the bank where emt crews jumped in and tried to revive him.

Always sorry to hear it but people die in Lake Conroe every year. People love that lake and in the summer there are lots of people that are out enjoying it.

        Accidents always happen there.

Had a close call myself while I was tied off back in the trees. No reason for it. Now I always check to see that no tournament is going on before I fish a particular lake. If there is a tournament going on I go somewhere else. Besides a lake ain't worth fishing for a few days anyway.

Too bad about the guy that died.

That's a pretty broad brush you are using.
