When Nilgai Attack

The night of the Super Bowl I drove down to south Texas to join the Stovall Brothers, Dale Moser, Heath and Farmdog as they wrapped up a pretty sweet little chase and shoot on Rancho El Toro with Roland Smith.

This was a "return the favor" hunt for letting Roland sleep in a leaky tent in New Mexico.

I missed the hunting action but made the celebratory shenanigans.

Roland's got a nice little deer camp down there. It's on the coast in a high probability of hurricane entry area. Consequently there's lots of overkill. I love overkill.
