    decent meat tenderizer?

Any recommendations for a good meat tenderizer? I bought the one academy sells for around $100, and it's a wad of junk.... the handle broke off the first time I used it, and I didn't really like how it tenderized the meat.

I have a bunch of cutlets I want to tenderize, and looking for something inbetween a hammer, and a $400 electric model.

I've tried one of the hand crank ones that attached to the counter and it was a POS as well but I just can't bring myself to spend a ton of money on a tenderizer.

For my chicken fried deer steaks, I use the one from Sportsman guide and I love it.

It's easy to set up and not to bad to clean.

        Cost only $26.99
