    My cooler drainer

Ever since we moved into this house, I've set my coolers full of meat and ice, at the edge of the garage door so when I opened it I could just pull it past the ledge, open the plug and let the water drain.

I always had to put a 4x4 under the back edge to get all the bloody water to drain. Then I'd have to drag the hose around to wash all the bloody water off the concrete so Tina wouldn't get mad.

I have 20' of cabinets, and a sink in my garage. This load of meat I figured I'd just put the cooler up on the counter and let it drain into the sink.

    BRILLIANT!

If I tried that the water would run underneath the cooler drain instead of dripping into the sink, then onto the counter and drip onto the floor; but Murphy hates me.

The drain plug on my cooler is the same size a a waterhose. I just thread a hose onto the drain and run it over to the closest grass...but that will work!

Another reason why I like the set up on my Yeti. Put it by the garage door, get the drain plug that has the male garden hose attachment, take a 6 ft section of an old hose and screw it in, hose goes outside the garage into the grass and no moving necessary. I let it do this for about a week

There is another thread about this very idea. There goes your patent.
