&@$* a GM, their lack of service ( as far as I would drive ) is none. The few good mechanics they had all went to ford for way better pay.

I get the " they all have problems" spill, but they know this too and refuse to help the customer.

Ford.... While I have had minor issues with 6.0 and 6.4... Minor issues. Ford actually fixed mine out of warranty on their dime for being loyal and knowing there was an issue with parts.

Not bashing, but having felt with this bs a dozen times with my dad ( he's a fan boy) this thread burns me up

just got done giving my neighbor a ride to get his Chevy from the shop for def problems. I have a mechanic that works for me and I told him that we need to just work exclusively on DEF systems and buy the manual re-gin machines. We'd have plenty of work.

Yep. They've really got people over a barrel when that warranty runs out. Almost no choice but to delete at that point!

Glade you got yours back, hopefully no further issues at least for the near future. I'm on day 18, hoping to hear from them soon and get mine back.

My father in law had the same issue with his 2012 (?) duramax when he was coming up here to Colo Springs to help us move. took it into the shop in Pueblo and they had it fixed. they said it was a common problem with that tank.
