Yep sadly that's how a lot of boats are bought and folks get stuck with them unable to unload if they needed to.

Navy Army CU is great. I found a boat I wanted online but it was in Houston and I worked all week in Corpus. I emailed NA and she asked for a purchase order from Texas Marine. Same day she sent me paperwork to Esign and boat was delivered that weekend. I get 2.9 for everything at Navy Army. I love that place and you don't even have to visit the bank to get it done. You should consider looking them up.
