I like all these changes. Have you considered doing sub forums in the classifieds? It may be a good place to break them up. But I definitely like the idea of Bowhunting reports back to atc.

Sounds like a good plan Michael. I especially like the emphasis on positive contributions and a strong deterrent to all the negativity.
I also hope you don't create an isolated forum for those who need prayer and support... You know that we as believers are here to serve and minister and deliver the Word.

Can we put college football with religion as most on the CFB folks really could use some extra religion!

Hope the changes work out well for everyone.
Definitely like the emphasis on positive contributions. Good job Michael.

Glad to see we have active site staff. Thank you for what you do. My thoughts:
1. Get over the meme thing. If someone posts an image that contains words that violate the TOS, be heavy handed. That will strike the life right out of the naughty words that must not be whispered here. The rest of the funny pictures or legitimate quotes get to stay. If you disagree, that's fine, but put "No Memes" in the TOS, 'cause there's no way everyone (especially users who do not yet exist) is going to read this one thread.
2. Add a Feedback Score to each user, based on transactions from the Classifieds. If you don't know how to do this, let me know. Our classifieds system is old and outdated.
3. Fix the YouTube posting problem. When someone posts a video URL, the video should be embedded in the thread, not be a hyperlink to leave TBH.

I can see where a number of those changes are necessary. I only have one disagreement. I would like to see the memes stay. Perhaps if they are in a thread that mentions "memes" in the title they can be more easily managed, and if someone gets out of hand, you can find it easily, and deal with the reprobate. Just a "Friday Memes" thread once a week - what harm can it do?

I have been around forever and never been banned once, it can be done. It all comes down to how you as the "poster" want to contribute to the site. Positively or Negatively...
