Wouldn't charging him with a Class B Misdemeanor for this and Felony charges too, be considered double jeopardy? I thought that as a juvenile these would go away when he became an adult? Not sure how that all works, I try to keep my nose clean.

HE WAS NOT CHARGED AS A JUVENILE...... some of ya'll need to work on yer reading comprehension skills. He had previous convictions as a juvenile. 18 makes him an adult in Federal Court.
He can be charged in Federal Court under federal laws, and aslo under state court for violations of state law such as shooting from a public road, trespass, protected game, etc.Comment
