Butcher question

I am wanting to take a steer and possibly a pig (domestic) somewhere here in east Texas to be butchered. I was going to take them to Mineola Pack but their website is down and I can't see their prices. Does anybody know of any other places that will butcher your animals for you? Thank you in advance.
