There is a group of us going to Rocky Ridge this weekend for a cull elk hunt. My wife hit me with wanting to tan the hide last night. Can anyone recommend a good tanner close to Denton and how much will this add to my weekend?

Those hide prices on larger species are crazy! The taxidermist in Colorado I used for my first bull elk shoulder mount did my 2nd bull elk tanned hide for $150 and $30 shipping.
