Young deer, but need a top view looking straight down on the teeth to do proper aging... side view does not show what you need to see to age. From side view on this one, it is easy to see the lingual crests are all sharp and there doesn't seem to be much dentin showing. That equals a young immature deer.

I would say 3.5 The last cusp on #6 is flat, lost the 2yo hook. But no slope and #4 still has a sharp ridge.
