    Looking for Axis hunt

Can anyone recommend a free range Axis hunt?
Not looking to break the bank, but don't mind paying for the right opportunity.

    Thanks

I could do either. I hear they are pretty tough with a bow. I've never hunted them.
See them all the time on the way to the ranch in Sonora.

You hunt in Sonora and don't have any?

Pretty crazy. We are on the south side of Sonora about 20 miles. We have been on the place three seasons and have yet to see one. Seen one black buck doe and have lots of exotic sheep.

World class Texas safari and exotics hunting. Star S Ranch is home to some of the largest herds of African wildlife outside of Africa.

The West Kerr Ranch offers Texas whitetail deer hunts, as well as Texas exotic game, Axis deer and turkey hunting. We have years of deer management and can provide you with the experience of a lifetime.

I can get you a trophy free range for just under 2,000. If you are serious, send me a PM. Please don't waste our time if your not. Prolly start killing in late May when horns get hard.

Thanks again everyone. I've checked these out and some seem like good deals.
I talked to Bonnie at Baker 3. It sounds like they have a lot of Axis. Has anyone hunted with them on their guided hunts?

I'm considering a guided rifle hunt also. Haven't found many reviews online. When are you thinking of going?
