I placed an order for a console vault two weeks ago tomorrow. It showed "in stock" on their website. I wrote them the day I ordered asking a question about there being two different options for my console. I wrote them again yesterday inquiring about my order. I haven't received a response from either.
Just checking to see if anyone has had any experience with their customer service. My buddy has one in his truck and I can't wait to get mine in my truck as I have three young kids. I guess I've been spoiled by Amazon prime but this just seems a bit of a longer wait than I thought.
