    Need help finding stolen generator

I work for a non-profit trade association, Texas Rural Water Association and one of our generators was stolen near Lufkin, from an Angelina Water Supply Corporation well site Tuesday night Jan 19th. We use these generators to provide emergency power to rural water systems during disasters and have been storing them at water systems so they can be used under a load on a regular basis.

The generator which was stolen is a Red "Baldor TS-130" 100kw generator with the fuel tank underneath. It is on a black 12 foot "Hefty" flatbed tandem axle trailer. The generator has white rectangular decals on each side which say "TRWA" in large letters with a red star and blue swish. In smaller letters below it says "Texas Rural Water Assn.". If you see the generator or hear anything please contact the Angelina Sheriff's Office at 936-634-3332.

I have a picture of the generator but no way to post it. I can e-mail the picture to someone to post.

        Thank you CoolDad.

Bump to the top and to thank everyone for looking for the TS-130. It is insured, but it has sentimental value as well as real value. This generator has kept people in drinking water since hurricane Rita.

I will be pulling a smaller generator, T-80, today from Kingsville to central Texas in a white F150 crew cab with camper shell.

The generator has been recovered. The generator was found this morning abandoned on the side of the road. Thanks to everyone who was keeping an eye out for it. Downside is the thieves have not been found.

They're probably driving around on a 1981 Yanmar tractor with a FEL.
