My best friend (50), my father (72), & I (51) are looking for 300-500 acres within 100 miles (+-) north, west, or south of Springtown TX. We've hunted @ San Angelo, Junction, Uvalde the past few years and with all we have going on with our kid's athletics, etc., we seldom can get away to make weekend trips that far (4 hours) worthwhile. A functional house or on-site camping with water & electricity would be great. We're not looking for a trophy lease, just a family-friendly place that offers year around access. We mainly bow hunt but we will p/u a rifle from time to time. I've been around here a while, so character references won't be hard to come by. Thanks in advance.
