When you are entertaining people at your house, what is your go to appetizer?
We had people over the other day and I made croissants stuffed with a mixture of cream cheese, jalapeños, bacon, and dry ranch seasoning. Everyone loved them and will keep making them every time.

cream cheese, andouille sausage, green onion, capers (sauteed and ran through processor)
topped with parmesan cheese.

Dove poppers, venison roll ups, ceviche, fried boudin balls and the good ol cheese plate with crackers and summer sausage. Really just depends on what in the mood for.

80% of the time my appetizer ingredient list involves sole type of wild game, jalapeños, cream cheese and bacon. Haha
