I use 1/2 fish fry, and half self rising flour. Makes'em crispy!

season raw, batter, then fry? no pre-cooking or anything and they come out tender? I love fried turkey so I am guessing same concept.

I fried some for my kids.I asked you guys want some fried ribs and eggs for breakfast? They looked at me like I was stupid.....Got started..first batch on the plate..let me try one..Mom never fried any ribs...let me try another...another kid..let me see...back for another...soon plate is empty..have to fight them off just to have enough left to go with eggs. This is what we want from now on..These are great..I mix a little shake & bake in my flour when I fry pork.Got a great taste and makes it crispy..SHAKE & BAKE BABY

We season them raw and fry without batter.

I've always done mine in plain ole cornmeal seasoned really good with what ever you choose. I prefer the cajun type spices myself but I like em a little spicy.

Maphew got his idea from me. Thief.

Some ol' cajun fellas turned us on to this recipe one time at the NHRA races in Baytown. Sounds gross, but its awesome

Use a spatula to slather the ribs in mayonnaise. Coat evenly with Tony Cachere's. Place ribs over a screaming hot fire. The mayo will "fry" the ribs and act like a glue for the Tony's.

They are so good, and they are perfect for tailgating where you may be limited on time.

it's going to be a smorgasborg.... do some naked, do some fish/flour fried, and do some beer battered.... keeping my fingers crossed. got plenty of beer.

I thought it was a sin to do ribs on anything but a smoker.
