How many head is solid for a 50acre track. Mostly wooded but lots of grass and good tank. No cross fence

Miils county on native grass I figure about 12 acres per head.

How precise are you wanting to get with it?

I run about a head to 5 acres but we have really good grass

Over 10 is probably too much. You do not have 50 ac. of grassland since it is heavily wooded. Better to stock conservatively, start small and add on if possible.
Contact your ag extension agent and see what they suggest. That's what they get paid for.
