Scope setup for .22mag

I have a marlin 925M bolt action in .22 mag that I want to setup for squirel, rabbits and turtles. Great little rifle and accurate as heck open sighted but I would like to put something on it to dial it in perfectly at 25-30 yards.

Suggestions on rings and scope for under $100

You can get a Hawke Sport Optics 3-9X40 with the AO for that price range. You need to be able to adjust the parallax on the scope when shooting at short ranges. The Hawke scopes are adjustable down to 10 yard. They are widely used on pellet guns because of this reason. A fixed objective scope such as the Bushnell suggested above will be parallax neutral at around 100-125 yards. When shooting at 25 yards, you can miss the whole target by just shifting your cheek weld slightly and looking through the scope from a slightly different angle.

I put a 20$ tasco on my ruger, never have problems with it and at 35 yards the bullet holes will touch.

I have a Marlin 925M also. I have a Bushnell Sportview on mine. Got rings from Wal-Mart I think. That's been awhile back so I can't really remember.
